unable to drag in progress and done tasks

I can no longer drag tasks that are In Progress or Done. This is important to that I can reposition or retro-actively adjust the timeline for work that has completed. Resolved (released 2026-10-25): In Progress and Done tasks can be dragged on the Gantt again, so you can reposition work or retroactively adjust when completed work happened. A drag moves the task's actual start date. It can't go later than today: an In Progress task can't start in the future, and a Done task can't finish in the future. The drag preview stops at that limit. Typing a start, end or duration on an In Progress or Done task follows the same rules. A date before the project start or after today is refused with a reason instead of being silently changed. Moving a completed task no longer sends assignees a false "1-day slip" email.
