phase progress

Have a way to show the progress of a phase, probably as a percentage of completed work. The status in the WBS could show a percent or progress bar. This could be especially useful when combined with a filter that hides competed work, so that it is represented in the progress of its phase. The task card could show hours of completed work out of a total hours of required work.
